Shipping Policy

Holiday Shipping Notice: Closed Monday September 1st
In observance of Labor Day, all shipping stations will be closed on Monday, September 1st. Orders placed during the holiday weekend will begin processing and dispatch on Tuesday, September 2nd.
 
All orders are processed, reviewed, dispatched by our third-party logistics partner, DHL. Once initial processing is complete, packages are transferred to a private courier for final delivery.
 
Allow 5–10 business days for your order to arrive after it has been processed. These timeframes are estimates and delivery may occur sooner depending on your location and local courier efficiency.
 
  • East Coast Region: 7–10 business days
  • West Coast Region: 5–7 business days

Once an order has been marked as in transit, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected. We appreciate your understanding and recommend reviewing your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

The United States Postal Service issued a final rule on Oct. 21st that will end delivery of vaping products through the U.S. Mail. The new USPS rule, which will take effect immediately after publication in the Federal Register, will drastically change online sales and shipping of vaping devices and liquids. General Shipping

All in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours from confirmation of your purchase. However, we will ship all orders SAME-DAY if placed before 3pm Pacific Time (Monday ~ Friday). Orders placed after 3:00pm PST Friday may not be shipped until the next business day.
We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery times are estimates only. Please remember shipping times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed shipments by your selected carriers.

Tracking Your Order

To find an order tracking number, view your Order History and click the Order Reference number. Your tracking number will be listed underneath the product column. In addition, you may view all of your previous orders and tracking numbers in your Order History column. To track a package that has been shipped with our Standard Regional Carrier, please note that the tracking emails for this carrier are sent at 3PM PST daily (Monday - Friday). If your order was placed after 3PM PST or on the weekend, then your tracking email will be sent at 3PM PST on the following business day.

International Shipments

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and are currently experiencing shipping issues in the states of Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Back Orders

Due to our extremely low prices we are unable to split ship orders. Please ensure that all items are in-stock if you require rapid fulfillment.

Order Modification

Please understand that once your order is placed into the system, it can not be changed. We have found that when these changes are made after the order is placed, it leads to confusion and mistakes and this works against the efficiency of shipping and can degrade the overall user experience for any website.

Incorrect Shipping Details

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the customer enters the incorrect or incomplete address and goods are delivered to the wrong address, we are under no obligation to issue a refund or send replacement goods. If goods are returned to us because they have been sent to the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send them at our expense; however, a refund will be offered less the postal expense.

Revisions and Modifications

Ejuice Store may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Orders placed prior to this modification date remain covered by policies in effect at that time. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions.
